Fastest for a chart that misbehaves or a number that looks wrong, and where releases are announced first.
  1. Join the Discord. It is free and open to anyone.
  2. Open the server's tickets channel, listed in the channel list on the left.
  3. Press the Open ticket button. A private channel opens between you and the team; nobody else can see it.
  4. Say what you were doing and what went wrong. A screenshot goes a long way, and for a billing question, the email on your account.

Found something broken in the Terminal or on this site? Send a bug report. No account is needed; it goes straight to the team's list, and if you leave an email or Discord name we can reply.

Cancelling
Cancel from the account page at any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Monthly
No refund for a month already started.
Yearly
A full refund on request within 14 days of the first payment; after that, no refund for the rest of the year.
Crypto
A yearly plan paid in crypto is refunded within the same 14 days, in the stablecoin equivalent of what was received at the time of payment. A month paid in crypto follows the monthly rule and does not renew by itself.

A summary. The refund policy is the full text and the one that applies. To ask for a refund, email support@blockchaingravity.com from the address on your account.

What is the Blockchain Gravity Terminal?

A desktop app for reading the Bitcoin market's order flow: footprint candles, order-book and liquidation heatmaps, positioning, volume profiles and the news. It is analysis software, not investment advice or a signal service.

Is it free?

Terminal Lite is free and needs no account. The paid tiers, Professional and Professional + Custom API, unlock inside the same app when you sign in. What each includes, and the current prices, are on the pricing page.

What does it run on?

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It installs to your user profile, needs no administrator rights, and updates itself. Get it from the download page.

Windows says the publisher is unknown. Is that expected?

Yes. The beta is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a warning: choose "More info", then "Run anyway". If you would rather check the file first, compare its SHA-256 with the one listed on the download page.

How do I sign in to the Terminal?

Signing in is optional on Lite. The Terminal's settings menu shows a short code; enter it on the approve a device page while signed in here, and that installation is linked to your plan. There is no password: an email and a one-time code make the account.

How many computers can I use it on?

A subscription is a personal licence for up to two devices. The details are in the terms.

Are my exchange API keys safe?

Your keys stay on your own computer. They are only used by the trading panel on Professional + Custom API, orders go from your machine straight to the exchange, and neither the keys nor your orders ever pass through our servers.

Does the Terminal send my data anywhere?

Lite has no telemetry and no account unless you make one. Your drawings, layouts and sign-in stay on your computer, under %LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockchainGravityTerminal, and survive updates.

How can I pay?

By card (Stripe), PayPal, a wallet you connect with USDC or USDT, or a plain on-chain transfer in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Monero, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Kaspa, USDC or USDT. The full list, with the chains, is on the pricing page.

How do I cancel?

From the account page, in one click, with no email needed. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered below and on the refunds page.

Why does my live chart show a different exchange?

Some exchanges, Binance and Bybit among them, refuse connections from the United States. On Lite, a US user's live chart falls back to a venue that serves the US, and the chart says which. History recorded by our own servers is available everywhere.

Something looks wrong on a chart. What should I send?

A bug report, or a Discord ticket with a screenshot. Say which chart, timeframe and venue it was, and roughly when: a number that looks wrong is much quicker to check with those.
