Terms of service.

1. What the Terminal is

The Blockchain Gravity Terminal is analysis software. It displays market data and derived analytics. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, recommendations or trade calls, and nothing it displays is an instruction to buy or sell anything.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the Terminal on up to two devices per subscription, for your own use. You may not redistribute the software or the data it serves.

3. Data

Live market data reaches the Terminal directly from exchanges under your own access to those exchanges. History and derived analytics are served from our own recording. We do not warrant that any data is complete, timely or accurate; every feed states its age and gaps are shown as gaps.

4. Exchange connections

If you add an exchange API key to the trading panel, the key is stored only on your device and orders are sent from your device to the exchange. We never receive your key and never route an order. You warrant that you are permitted to use that exchange under its terms and the law where you are.

5. Fair use

"Unlimited" features are subject to fair-use caps stated on the pricing page and shown on your account page.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time from the account page. Refunds are described on the refunds page.

7. No liability for trading losses

You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any trading loss.
